Custom 30-06 Hunting Rifle spf

This is a Penrod built rifle on a trued Remington action. It has a Kreiger barrel and I believe it is 25". The stock is McMillan and the trigger is a tuned factory. It has been shot less than 200 rounds. I have not shot it since I purchased it. The previous owner said it shoots sub-MOA.
