Browning a bolt medallion with boss new in box

270 Winchester Browning A Bolt Medallion with Boss for sale. New never been fired. Has Zeiss Conquest 6.5-20x50(new) on top with Leupold rings and bases. Over $1750 invested. Will take $1500 with scope, $850 without. Will take $650 for scope. All offers considered.
