He does not understand the "load development thing", and he never really worked up a load for it. I was with him at the range when he shot about a 2" group at 300 yds.
He was shooting the 162 A-Max and 4831 sc. Don't know much more about the load.
If I didn't have four customer's rifles on the bench to do load development for, and a pile of stocks to make bed and finish, I would take it off his hands and wring it out.

Weighs about 12 lbs.
It can be converted to a repeater, he has the original bottom metal, mag box, spring and follower.
I'm sure he'll let it go with the rifle.
