What is the neck on this reamer? What is the free-bore what bullet is it set up for?

.336 loaded round, .339 chamber dimension. .200 freebore to except up to 240 gr. bullets. Just to tell you, I could put 10 shots in 1.5" at 300 yds. If it wont do that it wont make A competitive 1,ooo yd. gun. 210 bergers. gun won N.W. Championship.
