Budget is about 2 bills.Where can he order such a gun for a good price? (wants a working

Have never seen those particular rifles anywhere for sale. May be a "special order" item. You can however, order the "large bow finger lever" for the Winchester Model 94 from Brownell's. Item #910-000-076 for $44.54. Hope this helps. Johnny K.
