I've got a standard Stoney Point bipod set of shooting sticks and also have the tripod setup with trailing arm for rear support. The trailing arm on the tripod sometimes works better than the regular bipod especially if you can't go prone.
I have the long Stoney Point Tripod (?Explorer I think) which works from sitting to standing so I can use it in all conditions.
I also have a Bog Pod - I find the system a little less easy (smooth) to adjust and accordingly more inclined to extend too far. They are nice insofar as the yoke? (top "v" where you rest the rifle) can swivel, so you can track moving game without adjusting your position and gettign a cant in the rifle.
If I could set up and pretty much leave them adjusted I'd say the Bog Pod is my choice.
Overall, the Stoney Points.
Aside from those points there's not much in it between them IMO.
