The barrel is 28" .995 at the muzzle.

Hopefully folks will post more pictures of their guns so we can see everyones toys.

My favorite rifle isn't exactly a true LR rifle.

I designed it for hunting coyotes.



It's a 17 Remington with a 27" Heavy Varmint Lilja barrel on M700 action, sitting in a McMillan stock. It shoots a 25 grain Berger Match bullet 4305 fps. I aim dead on out to 250 yards.

The coyotes are recovered at the point of impact.

Hey Chris,

I admire your Tomahawk rifle.
Could you tell me the diameter of this Hart barrel? (front and end)
It will be my backup rifle without a barrel block. Do you put bedding under the barrel about 3 inch from the action?
Estimate weigh of the rifle alone (without scope)?
