Smart Stock System?

Right about to purchase the stock for my rifle. I'm going with a Bell Carlson Medalist (the one with the aluminum bedding block). My only question is whether or not the 170 dollar upgrade for the Smart Stock System is worth it. From what I gather, it is a harmonic tuning device that is installed in your stock, and changes the frequency of the harmonics conducted through the barrel. The concept sounds similar to the BOSS system. The company that I'll go through for the stock claims 1/2 MOA to 1/4 MOA on straight factory guns. Does anyone have experience with this system? Is it worth it?
