I ordered two Ruger 77/22 triggers from Rifle Basix. When I tried to install them I found the trigger guard would not go back on the rifle. I called RB and spoke with Bob. He talked me through some measurments and determined that I had been sent center fire triggers. Bob had me return them and he sent me two rimfire triggers at no charge. Hell, I would have been happy if he had just knocked my return shipping charges off the total.

Thanks to Bob and Rifle Basix for making this right.
