NXS Customer Service Tops
I sent an NXS 3.5X15 back to Nightforce because of a point of impact shift and the aluminated recticle was coming on from recoil.The scope was received on 9-12-05 and repaired and shipped back on 9-13-05. A one day turn around.Great service!!!

That is good to hear. I rarely ever hear of NF needing warrenty work which is even better yet.

Same here. POI was shifting on mine and two times was a charm for me and NF though. I thought I'd wig out trying to figure out who's on first or what was on second. [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] with all the trouble I still am a NF fan.

I sent two nightforce benchrest scopes back. They were both fixed and shipped out on the same day they arrived. Both the scopes I sent back were used but they had the same problem with tracking, who knows what they went through before I got them. Nightforce has the best customer service I have ever expercienced
