Trying to figure out the best rifle.I've looked a sako 75 hunter,in 223 with 22"BBL weights the same as a Kimber84 varmint with heavy BBL 26" in 22-250.This rifle will be for coyotes and squirles.Which is better,Kimber is $200.00 Bucks less,no silver spoon in my mouth. This is my Sako 75 .223 Rem Varmint Stainless Laminated with a Nikon 4-16X50 Tactical. When Im doing my part it puts 5 55grain Nosler BT into .5inch@100yards.
This is my walk around varmint rifle. A 1957 Sako L46 in .222Rem, I have junked the Tasco and now have a 3-9X40 VX1 on it in puts 3 shots into .325inch@100yards for a rifle <3kg im happy. I re-furbished it and had a Maddco barrel installed.

Have you considered a Cooper Classic? I believe this model is built and priced similar to the rifles you have described. The best place I have found for Cooper rifles is gunsamerica.com. I have a Custom Classic I bought this winter that consistently shoots in the mid .3's. Last weekend I shot a 3.34 and 2.45 5-shot groups at 650 yds with it.
Hi thanks for your suggestion for a cooper. What caliber is your in? I first thought of a 223WSSM but upon hearing of short BBL life I feel discouraged,I already have a 6x284,My BBL life is limited there and I can get 1/2" groups with that,some times a little tighter.But its big and bulkey. i have 3 sakos. my 6ppc is a varmint stainless lam and will shoot .5moa no worries, and has the potential for more with some load development and time.
my .25-06 is a stainless synthetic and shoots 0.5 moa regularly too.
the .222 is the older style sako action and shoots .75 moa on occassion.
they are all very good rifles though, and i wouldn't go anywhere else if buying another box standard rifle.
