Has anyone used this annealing machine?

Varmint Hunters had an ad for this annealing set-up from Enterprise Services. It appears to be simple and reasonably priced. Has anyone used the machine, and if so, are there any major negatives? Everything is provided except the propane tanks and tips. The 450-degree Tempilaq is also optional.
