The Hart actions ( made by Wally and Bobby Hart in Nescopeck PA) are fine actions. A few of my BR friends have them and they like them. I believe they are only available in Chrome-Moly.

I have one of the older ones and have shot some good groups in IBS 1K Light Gun BR matches with it 5 shots in 3.666 4.0?? and 4.6??. These groups were shot in the 2003 IBS season. I have not shot the rifle much in the last couple years.
