Which Harris Bi-Pod

I am going to buy a bi-pod for prone shooting, should I get the LS or LMS? For those that don't remember thier codes, the LMS has notches on the legs and the LS does not. They both swivel and are 9-13" tall. Any input?

LMS(with notches) for prone I perfer the BR I like to get as close to the ground as possible. I have a 9-13LMS that sits in the safe. I am going to get another BR. Don't forget to buy a pod-loc they are awesome.
