The rifle owner has sent an e-mail to DPMS Oct 6th. In it he told them the history of the rifle again and included the pics of the chewed up brass from last weekend. He also told them of the 3 to 4" accuracy and that that didn't bother him as much as the condition of the ejected brass. I will hold back my comment on the accuracy.
As of today,Oct 9th they have not replied. And remember, I was told I would get an update call in the afternoon or the next day..... they never called. We have researched and find a lot of good reviews on the DPMS rifles. I would sure like to think this one is a fluke and they will take care of it. I feel a company is only as good as their service. They might be very busy, but if the product is that good, how much warranty repairs can they have?? If this is the only one, it sure would be easy to catch up on the repairs.
