Different MOA bases

If you are thinking of Night force, the 5-22 has 100 MOA which, theoretically should get you out to around 1300 or so yards shooting a 338 RUM and 250 gr SMK. From what I hear, you are hard pressed to find better long range scopes than IOR, nightforce, or even the Leupold Mark IV and Long range vxIII's. Obviously ther is always something better, but you will pay a lot.
