Chrony Question

I have a Shooting Chrony F1 Chronograph. Are these pretty consistant? That is, when I'm shooting multiple targets at the range, and I move my line of trajectory a bit, will this throw the chrony off? Will it misrepresent velocities if the bullet path is up too high or down too low in the screens? I try to keep them in the middle as much as possible...of course I don't wnt to shoot the scrrens or the chrony [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img]
