Advise needed on rings and base

Just ordered a Savage 11/111 LRH in 300 mag, purpose of this rifle will be hogs, deer and possibly elk at up to 500 yards. I will be mounting a Nikon 4-16 Monarch BDC scope on the gun.
Looking for suggestions on base and rings for the gun, I hear alot of good things about the Burris Signature rings?
Thanks in advance.

I had another LRHer recommend TPS rings to me, and I wss very impressed with their quality. IMO worth looking into.

Re: Advise needed on rings and base

I use the Leupold STD Long Range base (15MOA) with Burris Signatur STD rings with inserts. Additionally, if using a scope w/1" tube, I get the insert kit to add the +/- .020" inserts. These will add another 20MOA to your set up.
I have this on a Remington Sendero in .25-06 Remington, a Savage 112 in 6.5-284 Norma and a Winchester SA 70 HVB in .243 Winchester. Good solid setup with zero issues. Natural alignment with no marring. Just not "tacti-cool". :{
