Adjusting a Timney trigger

Adjusting a Timney trigger

Could any of you tell me how to adjust a Timney down? There are 2 set screws on the front with locking nuts and 1 on the back with a locking nut. Also, what is supposed to be the minimum pull for this trigger? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
