223 hunter

I want to buy either a sako 75 hunter or a tikia t-3 in 223 rem.I here tikia uses the same BBL and Trigger as the savage.Any opinions out there.I want a rifle that dos'nt kick at all. Also use it on coyotes out two 250 yds.I also hear that Tikia rifles shoot very well.Is that true
