So what if the thread is a bit long in the tooth.

Also, welcome aboard mzollars....... Your ideas are good.

My stuff doesn't shoot back......but I have nearly been bitten

I have my LRH rifle all purdied up with a New Mexico camo look and am seeing how long it will last w/regular use. So far so good. I'll do the front part and scope with the gauze idea.
