Depends upon whether Newt is already cheating on his current wife and whether Rush is to high on Oxycontin to report it.

In the world of mathematics if you calculate the probability of your wining the lottery in the same year that the world ends, the statistics suggest you should not play the lottery if you wish to die of old age. However if you do believe in dinosaurs and evolution then it is OK to play the lottery unless you have a house on the coast in which case you will drown by global warming or be dislodged by tectonic plate movement before the world ends.
