Sadly, about as stupid as you have to be to blame it on the gun, but it WILL happen.

Re: Virginia Tech

My question is, why did the college allow students to go to class after there was already a double homocide on the campus. The school should have been shut down, PERIOD!!!! The president and police chief, of VT, can spin all they want, but they made a BIG mistake, they should both be fired.

Exactly, a major mistake gave way to a major tragedy. Prayers sent.
Another major gun rights battle for the NRA, and gun enthusiasts is brewing. More guns in the hands of law abiding citizens could have greatly reduced the loss of lives in this situation, perhaps an armed professor could have put a quick end to the nightmare. Unfortunately the anti-gunners will never admit to it.

Re: Virginia Tech

McCall,

Thanks for the post. This is a delicate matter/topic right now. We should pray for all families & friends that this will affect. Just think of how many lives this will affect. Prayers should be for the families first and then that this type of tragedy will come to an end somehow/someway... I've thought about this all day.
