Ugly doe!

Attached are photos of a 1 1/2 old doe taken here in Illinois from our deer camp a couple weeks ago. Not sure what caused the deformity but she appeared perfectly healthy. One of our guys watched her feed for quite a while one evening and said she didn't seem to have any issues. Anyone ever seen anything like this?

That is the little known Jar Jar Binks model of deer, made famous in the Star Wars epics!!

Congratulations on finding one of this rare species!!

Seriously, that looks like facial deformity caused by an accident or maybe a genetic deformity, although the genetic deformities don't typically survive to maturity.

I wonder if that one escaped from the wildlife research project at Mississippi State....looks like it got crossed with the mascot. It looks just like my old bulldog Petee. Wonder if Petee made the roundsup up there, he sure made em round these parts.

That's odd. I've seen 2 bucks from middle Tennessee with a 3 inch overbite, but nothing like that.
