Things that go BUMP in the night...

Just back from a Wyoming antelope hunt, stayed on a ranch in antelope heaven. No idea where, about 46 minutes from Casper. Had a small home-built bunk, we each setup sleeping bags on the bottom and organized gear on the upper. Five after three in the black a.m. I rolled-over in my sleep. Next thing the building shook as I crashed onto the floor - fortunately hit in a kneeling position. Landed on my knees and right elbow. Weird way to wake-up, you can take that from me... Rolled upwards back onto the damn bed and was out in about five minutes, after I quit laughing in the dark. Some guys thought a nuke had hit the place, others slept through it.

The new stuff worked good, we had six or seven bucks on the deck by mid-afternoon. Had to sign papers on this one, no can talk for a while.

Ho hummmm

Unhappy

Did the same, only from the top bunk. This was on a moose hunt in Ont. Was sure I'd never walk again. I did. No moose.
