storing taxidermy

Posted this same question but wasn't paying attention and it found its way to the wrong section in the forum.

I am moving soon and will be storing several shoulder mounts for up to a year. Is there anything special I need to be concerned about? What is too hot or too cold for storing a shoulder mount? What about humidity?
