Does anyone know if Speedy is still in business? His website does not work anymore. He built a couple of rifles for me and I wanted to check in on him.

No, he is teaching Gunsmithing in CO. Stick has opened a shop. somewhere around DFW. I believe its S&S Percision. If you had guns built by Speedy, more than likely Stick was the one that did the work.
