rem 700 recoil pad
Hey all, just wondering if the limbsaver pad on my factory 700 sps is the one that reduces recoil by 50% or if it is a cheaper version with the limbsaver name. I'll need all the help I can get with that 300 ultra. Thanks in advance.

Re: rem 700 recoil pad
I don't know about the recoil pad but I'd put a good brake on it and not look back.
Just a suggestion.

Re: rem 700 recoil pad
What percentage of recoil do the brakes usually take off?

Re: rem 700 recoil pad
My understanding is that the R3 is made by Limbsaver. My 338 Win Mag made a world of difference with the Limbsaver.
