    Here in England we pronounce it as:
    La-poo-er,
    And Leupold as:
    Lee-uh-pold.
    As we invented the "ENGLISH" language, the above pronunciations are of course the correct way to say these words and all other ways are wrong [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img] [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
