Powder of the FUTURE.........

I have herd several people say that powder in the future will have a shelf life! Has anyone else out their herd this besides me? Also do you think we'll have a heads up before this new junk powder hitts the shelf? I don't know about yall but I don't want that to happen. I would greatly appreciate anyones input on this subject rumors/facts .
