Thats because you guys are a bunch of ignorant hypocrites. The former soviet union was a marxist government. Obama is not even close.

You want your rights to bear arms but are opposed to someones right to buy a porno movie.

Hmmmmm, not sure where the porno movie reference came from but if you can find "the right to keep and bear porno" in the Constitution I'll gladly fight for your right to buy it. (By the way, I could care less if you buy porn). As far as the ignorant hypocrites comment, well.....you are making one of yourself with comments like that. About the only area where Comrade B. H. Obama ideals differs from the Soviet Union's is his intentions to gut his country's military......wait a minute, they both want the destruction of the US military too. I guess they really don't have any differences, yup, he's a Marxist.

Pretty sad how you can relate our right to keep and bear arms to your ability to get porn.

Have a nice day Comrade.

Classic example of supporting your party until the losers destroy the country.
I think the Dems have learned that gun control is a loser issue. You don't hear them rallying to the cause any longer. Hillary avoided it completely.

A women's right to choose an abortion has nothing to do with birth control. Sarah Palin doesn't support abortion even in cases of incest or rape. You tell us that's the more reasonable approach? Maybe Sarah hasn't been raped yet.

Socialized health care. Are you trying to tell us the system that we have now works well? It's a disaster and getting worse every year. You got a better solution?

Overtaxation? Bush has spent us into a hole that we'll be years climbing out of. Saddam Hussien is the most expensive human being the planet has ever seen, and President Bush made it so. All for what? Lies and no WMDs. Oh, and he's left the economy in great shape for the next President.

Apparent embrace of terrorist activity? Good God. Shake your head and let the sap run out. Are you really believing this crap McCain & Palin are tossing out in their last acts of desperation? The NYTimes poll show the majority of American's don't buy it, and it's prompted them to vote Obama rather than McCain.

Lack of interest in God? Where'd you pull that out of?

All you're doing is spouting a bunch of mistruths, the same thing McCain & Palin are doing right now. They're going down buddy - big time. They deserve to, and it looks like you'll go be going down with them. You'll find out in November that the majority of the country disagrees with you. Then you can start your list all over again except this time instead of only listing Obama, you'll have to include the majority of the citizens in these United States. Maybe then you'll realize that your desires are intended to benefit you and the minority. That the majority of the country are ready for anything other than four more years of Republican incompetency. It would appear a Democratic win is the only thing that will get the attention of Republican candidates, and the Republican platforms. Just like Democratic losses taught the democrats that gun control was a lost cause in these United States.

Just remember, I feel your pain, and it puts a smile on my face.

And just what party might that be?

She may have, but Obama hasn't, and won't.

Sorry, abortion is not now, nor has it ever been a "right", regardless of what a left leaning Supreme Court decided. Every recent poll in the United States has shown decided dissatisfaction with abortion on demand.

I'm telling you socialized health care doesn't and won't work. Just ask the thousands of Canadians being treated in the United States at their own cost!! There are lots of better solutions, but liberals refuse to listen. I will, however, predict that if Obama manages to get a nationalized health plan through Congress, you will see MASSIVE numbers of health care providers retire, or leave the country to continue practice, much like Canadian doctors do now.

Overtaxation? Bush has spent us into a hole that we'll be years climbing out of. Saddam Hussien is the most expensive human being the planet has ever seen, and President Bush made it so. All for what? Lies and no WMDs. Oh, and he's left the economy in great shape for the next President.

You obviously have no grasp on what actually caused the economic disaster we have now. If you haven't figured it out by now, you never will. One clue, it had NOTHING to do with the war in Iraq or Bush's economic policies.

I don't know what you are referring to, but Obama's weakness on carrying the war to the terrorists is de facto embracing of their agenda.

Lack of interest in God? Where'd you pull that out of?

Pull it out? I didn't pull it out of anywhere. Look at the "church" he attended. What part of belief in a God could possibly be aligned with the hate his so called "minister" was spewing about America, white people, etc. The guy went to church there for years, and all of a sudden he recognizes that this "minister" is a wacko? Sorry, I don't buy it!

Mistruths? Well, we'll see. Americans have been mislead by liberal leaders before....hmmm.....Clinton, Carter.....as well as by "conservatives". McCain isn't and wouldn't be my choice, but if forced to choose between the two. McCain/Palin are Americans, where Obama doesn't espouse hardly a single "American" belief. He can't even prove he was actually born here!

Just remember, I feel your pain, and it puts a smile on my face.

My pain? Well, I don't feel any pain. A liberal in the White House causes no fear, because we haven't had an effective liberal leader in generations! He'll accomplish little that matters, just like all the rest. And in 4 years, a REAL leader will kick him out. I have no fear of him as a President, because he has accomplished NOTHING in his life so far, and will accomplish even less in the next four years.

Americans who vote for "Change" will be left with that in their pockets, and little else!!

Just my two cents!!

Fear, pain or indifference, nothing you think, feel, say, or do, will get McCain and his woman into the White House. Eight years of conservative republican administration lies and ineptitude have sealed the deal. Ronald Reagan would have a tough time winning under the current circumstances, let alone John.

Tell me I'm wrong after the election... if you can. At that point, maybe you'll understand that the majority disagree with your political and character findings, interpretations, and preferences.

On the Canadian Health Care system. I've got a cousin who's lived in Canada for more than 30 yrs operating a bear hunting and fishing lodge in the Province of Ontario. Out of curiosity I asked him about the health care he and his family receive in Canada and he speaks well of their health care system. He was born and raised in Michigan so he's completely familiar with both the US and the Canadian health care systems. I find that I not only pay for my health care in the US, I also pay above and beyond what's necessary, in order to help provide coverage for all the people without any healthcare insurance. I don't see anything wrong with taxing to try to ensure everyone pays their fair share. Couldn't be any worse than our current system, which is a runaway money maker for insurance companies, the drug manufacturers, and the health care providers. Should one really have to be rich in order to obtain health care? After all, it is a matter of who lives and who dies.

Actually, if you would spend time to read my post, you'll realize I am hardly enamored with McCain, I just am much less so with the socialist Democratic candidate.

As for your cousins experience with Canadian health care, he is hardly the norm. From his occupation, it is obvious he is a healthy individual, try asking some of the chronically ill Canadians! I see and treat people who make the trek of hundreds of miles so that they can be seen regularly. On the other hand, my US patients regularly go to Canada to buy their medicines, where the government doesn't allow the free market to actually work. When the US system goes socialized, the resources available for research will dry up because those big, rich drug companies won't have anywhere left to make money, and all the wonder drugs of the last 5 decades will go completely away. Then we'll see whose lives are most affected! The US market pays for 60% or more of the research done into new drugs, while the rest of the world benefits. Take that away, and the whole world suffers!

As for your last statement, healthcare has NO IMPACT on death rates, last time I checked, they were still 100%!!!!

Finally, I haven't seen any health care providers getting rich, and the last time I checked, EVERY major drug manufacturer was publicly held, (that means they are in business to make money for their shareholders, since you missed Economics 101.) By the way, all the major insurance companies are in the same boat! (Which means, we have met the enemy, and he is us!!!!) Hospitals are going out of business at an alarming rate, even in major cities, never mind small towns. Independant doctors are almost unheard of, so your slap about rich health care providers rings hollow. Better come up with some actual truth about healthcare before you get totally confused!!

You will end up with a system like Canada's or Englands, where people over 65 don't get dialysis, and where no babies do either. Where MRI's and CT's are rationed and even unheard of in some places. (A few years ago there were more CT machines on New York Cities upper east side than in all of Great Britain!)

Of course, having a socialist in the White House isn't a new thing, we managed to survive 8 years of Clintonian policies, so we'll survive 4 years of Obamaniasis. Even the French figured out that left wing politics don't work, and elected a pro-westerner. Americans will do the same in 4 years!

The pendulum will swing, and with Obama as far left as he is, the swing back will start REALLY fast.
