I had the Newcon 7x50 LRB with spd. Poor optics. Laser was eratic, worked well one day and then not the next. I sent it back to the supplier and got it replaced with a Swarovski laser guide which I am very happy with.
Possibly I just got a lemon with the Newcon but even if it had worked as advertised their would still be a very big quality difference between the Swarovski and Newcon.
