Proposed changing the Fish,Game and Wildlife council ti the Fish and Wildlife council.
For at least 50 years the council has been comprised of 11 members:
3 Farmers;
6 Sportsmen ( New Jersey State Federation of Sportsman's Clubs );
1 of such members shall be a person knowledgeable in land use management and soil conservation practices.
Of the Farmers and Sportsmen they are 1/3 Northern 1/3 Central & 1/3 Southern NJ
The proposal is that the Governor picks 7 ( politically connected cronies )!
NO FARMERS are specified!
NO SPORTSMEN are specified!
This is the Governor that stopped the BEAR hunt!
While I don't really want somebody to get killed, before THIS Governor took over the Fish & Game Council had a letter on their website that said there were so many Bear/Human interactions that it would be irresponsible to not hunt the bears!! Governor VETOED that hunt and the letter disappeared off of the website!
Pack up your sh*t and move to Colorado - I did. I got sick of living around a bunch of gun-grabbing liberals, and moved out here. We need more shooters and hunters, to combat all the looser-liberals moving out here from Kalifornia.
Those jackarssssses will find you even in the middle of Nowhere USA. Either you will fear the "law" and turn your stuff in or you will make them "fear" you.

Nice sentiments, but judging from what I saw living out in CT for many years, it just isn't working. You couldn't even put on a limited bear hunt in NJ. The government got lots of heat, and embarrassed, so now they will avoid the whole issue by stacking the deck against hunters from the start.
