Nice looking rig, I see you're using the Versa Pod, is that something you prefer or just one you had laying around?

I prefer the Versa Pod BUT make sure you get the lockable model. The old model was nearly useless!

How did you finish that stock? it looks like it is composite.

I didn't refinish it, it is a experimental stock from Boyds. A fiberglass or composite shell or coating over a wood laminated stock. I just opened the barrel channel a little and pillar/glass bedded it.
