I would like to hear from my neighbors here if they have any experience with the Eberlestock "Gun Slinger" and the longer barreled rifles(like a 30" + muzzle break) that the LRH community here use.
Is this pack worth getting or should I just sling up and go with my current pack (Kifaru stuff)?
How comfartable is the Gun Slinger with a Nightforce scoped rifle in the scabbard (knobs poking your back)?
What accessories would you get in addition to the Gun Slinger?
I use one to haul my 30" barreled 338 EDGE, with Nightforce scope, around in. It works great. There's enough padding that I don't feel any knobs poking me in the back. I highly recommend them.
