    ss7mm,

Thanks for the heads-up on Firefox 3 beta 3, downloaded last night. I'm on sloooow dial-up and it didn't appear to help too much last night, but today it's smoking compared to usual.

I don't usually recommend any Beta releases as they can be unstable and a real pain in the neck if you don't know what you're doing.

But, the FF3 beta 3 is stable enough to be your main browser and that's unusual for a beta product.;)

When they release the "real" version 3 it should be a "doozer".

I don't know what you guys use for email but Mozilla offers Firefox as a web browser and also offers Thunderbird as an email program. You can get Thunderbird here. Thunderbird - Reclaim your inbox

I've used both for a loooong time and have told MS to take a hike.;);)

For those of you brave enough to venture into the world of Beta releases, Firefox now has FF version 3 Beta 4 out. You can get it here.
