Close enough. A guy gave that to me one time when I was in Southern Ca. He said it was a shell they use as blanks in the movies. I've never measured it, but it's about 44-40 and has hollow- end to end. I believe it used a primer and could shoot a blood capsule, but I'm not sure. It has a head stamp of 'De La Mare' above and 'Eng' below.

I would have thought the 3rd one would have been the easiest and would have been the first one you all would have gotten.

Well, I guess nobody knows the last one.

The last one is a 7.62x51 plastic bullet, "less-lethal" crowd/riot control cartridge (essentially a 308 riot control round). Interestingly, before the plastic bullet's started being used, wood bullets were used (up until early '70s).
