What would you go with High Velocity or High BC...

Normal Velocity With High BC Bullet for LR hunting.
But for shorter range varminting high velocity.

It depends how far you plan on shooting. High MV is a greater advantage at closer range. As you get further and further out high BC becomes a larger advantage. It's always a compromise. If you spend some time playing arround with MV and BC vallues in a ballistic calculator, you can quickly figure out what's best for you.
