Firearms specific insurance?

Does anyone know of or have such insurance for loss, damage or theft? Could you point me in that direction?

Some events recently have me thinking this might be a good idea now.

Thanks

Pete

Yes there is gun insurance. SIAI (Sportsman Insurance Agency Inc.)

    $1.25 per $100.00 valuation
    World Wide all Risk Coverage
    No Deductable
Full Replacement Value (for items still being made)

I have a couple of fine shotguns, rifles and hand guns insured with them. I have not had to use the insurance but know a couple of folks that have. According to them the process is basically painless except for actually losing your gun. Give them a call at 800-925-7767

Might be the same thing as above post but I just got something in the mail from the NRA about insuring guns.

Capt D, That may be just what I'm thinkin' about. I'll be callin' them soon.

Bill123, The NRA is going to be my next call after Capt D's recommendation.

Feenix, I'll look into them also.

    Thanks Everyone!
