I'm not sure how close you are to the Missouri border.
Many Missouri Department Of Conservation areas have open rifle ranges.

Check the Arkansas wildlife sites. They may have a few.

The AR. G&F has a public range on the North side of Sylamore
Nat. Forrest about 15 miles South of Calico Rock. It is a 200 yard range. Another 200 yard range is located North of Paragould on Scattercreek WMA. Myself & some others are looking at building a 500 yard range in the Shirey Bay/Rainy
Brake area. I live in the Pocahontas area East of you about
40 miles where the Ozarks & Delta meet & I can shoot across
some farmers rice fields & get some long yardages. Let me
know if I can help further.
