Cheapest way to a lightweight 6.8 spc?

I'm looking to get/build a lightweight 6.8 spc (regular rifle) for my daughter to deer hunt with next year. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this as cheaply as possible?
Thanks in advance,
Paul

Another option is a TC Encore, or just the barrel if you already have an encore. I used to have a 6.8, but never hunted with it.
