The beast is dead!

Opening day of archery here,shot some sharpys and huns in the morning and took the first deer of 09 before noon.Found them bedded in some brush and got under 20 yards before she stood up.Quatering towards shot,put it right through the back of the shoulder blade and got complete penetration.She was DEAD within 20 sec.The Tekken expandable did an awsome job and stayed in one piece,Im sold on these blades!LONG LIVE THE BEAST!

Congrats! Missed out on the opening day, just got back into town late this evening ... perhaps I might have the opportunity this weekend.

Bow season opens here in Northern VA on Oct. 3rd - can't wait and this thread isn't making it any easier.

That deer almost looks like a bunny rabbit.
