barrel breakin??

I am looking for some advice on barrel break in for a HS Precision
Pro Series HTR 2000 Chambered in a .338 Lapua Mag.

Call HS and see what they recomend for their barrels.

I would recomend talking to HS and asking them what they recomend first.

Some barrels makers do not require that you break there barrel in but if done
properly it will extend barrel life.

Then if your not sure about it log on to Lilja barrels and look in the FAQ section.

He has a good break-in procedure that I use on every barrel because it tells me how good
a barrel is about fowling and when it is ready to start using.
