6.5x55 rifle

Who chambers their rifles in the 6.5x55?I've been doing some searching and found that tikka and cz does.Looks like howa is coming out with one.I would use it for hunting and target shooting and small targets vermin.What's the best bang for the buck?Our does a person find a used dirt cheap savage or stevens and have it rebarreled?Lots of questions thanks in advance for the info.
