I actually just bought a 300WSM X-Bolt a few weeks back and have to say I LOVE IT. I use to have an A-Bolt as well which is a fine rifle. If you have the money id go with the X-bolt without any hessitation. The rifle just feels better in my hands and the cheak hold is better (TO ME) than the A-bolt. You would have to hold the two to know for yourself. The x-bolts trigger is one of the best factory triggers ive shot. It goes down to 3lbs which is light enough to hunt, but not super light, BUT there is absolutely no play/slop to the trigger. It is very nice and tight. With an after market spring you can go down to really soft trigger pulls if you would like and they arent to expensive. As far as some people say the magazine on the x-bolt being polymer vs the A-bolts metal I think they both have their positives and negatives. The A-bolt is metal...some just simply like metal. To me the polymer mag is definitely better. Its MUCH easier to insert into the rifle vs the A-bolts mag. Also, even though it is polymer, it is a very very strong polymer that I actually even stood and jumped on to try and see if I could crack it, which I could not. Do that to the A-bolts mag and I guarentee it will bend or dent. Also, no worries with rusting or weathering compared to the A-bolts mag. That being said, The A-bolt is definitely a fine rifle and has stood the test of time for many years now.
My friend owns a Tikka 300wsm, which shoots very well for him. Definitely sub MOA, however...to me...it felt cheap compared to the browning's, same goes for lower end Savages such as the 110. I dont think you can go wrong with any of the rifles listed above though.
As far as remmys go, they are very nicely built rifles, but where I am located, they seem to be heavely marked up so I usually stay away from them for price alone. Believe it or not but I bought my X-bolt...brownings higher end model cheaper than the basic Remmy 700 here.
If price is not a factor I would go hold them all and decide based on feel. They will all shoot well. But, if you plan on keeping the gun stock, no aftermarket trigger jobs or barrels...etc, and price isnt to much of a factor
I would buy them in this order:
2) Savage with accutrigger
5) Tikka t3
6) Savage without accutrigger
