Windage Corrections MOA
Looking for some insight anyone might have on full and partial value windage correction tables, and MOA/yardage offset for my .300 Winchester Magnum. I shoot 150 gr. and up and at various distances and have just recently purchased a Kestrel 2500 wind meter. Unfortunately ballistic software and the likes of is quite costly. Is there a simple calculation for distance, muzzle velocity, bullet grain, and mph full value wind that can be used in place of this software package to make accurate corrections aside from costly trial & error? Thanks much!!
