Why not the 6.5 155 Sierra??
I'm surprised i don't see more posted here about this bullet-- anybody know why?? Seems like it'd be a great long-ranger.?

for the speeds u would get with it and the b.c. it just doesnt have lr. potential that the 142mk has,my-2-dave

the published BC on the 155 is about .025 less than the 142. that is pretty much it.
low bc and heavy weight are no good for LR when the 142 and other 140 class bullets are around.

Biggest reason, quality is not to standard of the 142 for a factory bullet. It has been tried, but just did not work.
