Looking for Ar15 lower receivers that are made without the mag well, who makes them ?

Not exactly sure what your wanting it for but Ferret makes a didicated lower for their AR conversion 50 BMG uppers , their expensive though.

that is my intention and i contacted a few different companies that make .50 uppers and they said that most the major AR-15/10 manufacturers produce them but i have been unable to find them at bushmaster, rock river, DPMS or colt.
