What BULLET do you use for LR hunting in .30 cal ??

What BULLET do you use for LR hunting in .30 cal ??
Here is the situation:

1. All shots inside of 700 yards.
2. Main target: Sheep, Elk, Moose, Deer, Pronghorn
3. You're using a 300 Dakota or 300 RUM with 25" barrel

What weight bullet?
What brand and type of bullet?
Will hunting bullets expand at that range? i.e. Barnes TSX, Nosler Accubond, TBBC, Swift A-Frame, Swift Scirocco, Lost River Ballistic...

Here we go again. I like the Sierra MatchKing. In 30RUM. I have shot them all. They will do the job.

Currently using the 200gr Nosler Accubond and the 210 JLK.

Hey all you lead core bullet fans, how about some help in defending your choices over on the topic "WHO IS USING BARNES TRIPLE SHOCKS" on bullets, barrels, and ballisics. There are some guys there saying we are crazy for picking these bullets for shooting game at long range!
I'm starting to feel like the wolves are circling me and they want dinner!
