Has the barrel been cryoed or sonically stress relieved?

The day someone makes that stock in carbon fiber, I will order 3, it looks like a great design!

S1,It is a 30" Hart 10 twist in a Sendero taper.The action is a worked 700.The stock is a Master 1000 Benchrest stock by John Hoover.It is topped with a 6.5-20 Nikon Monarch in Kelby rings on a custom 25moa base.....Caliber is 300 Ultra.It will shoot 240gr MK's at a touch over 3000fps
